Solution — self-service fridge

Open, take, close — it is paid

Connected fridges with a touch screen and an integrated payment terminal

Selling fresh products with no staff — in a company, a station, a residence — with identified consumers, rates negotiated per employer, and restocking by round.

An illustration: the Distrib and Pay facets, applied to a self-service fridge. The facets are the same whatever the machine — the screens shown here are the product's own.

What we sell

Identification by badge, QR code or card; opening; detection of what was taken (weight, lock, optional camera); sale validated by the cloud to the cent, even offline
Consumers and organisations: accounts, revocable badges, employer subsidies, prepaid account, consumer site under the customer's name (for example "My canteen")
Catalogue, dated offers, promotions published to each fridge as a signed snapshot; VAT and use-by dates (first to expire, first out) handled
Field work: the driver badges in, restocks, counts, photographs; a forced door is detected; stock and reports in the portal
Payment: certified bank terminal (PCI), badge or account, employer subsidy, online top-up by card
Freezer variant (negative temperature, same journeys)

In situ

A lit self-service fridge, stocked with drinks and prepared meals, standing in a shared dining area with large wooden tables

The fridge takes whatever space it finds — a corner of a common room, a hall, a landing. No counter, no staff: the consumer opens it with their badge or their card, takes what they want, closes it. The rest happens in the portal.

What clients remember

A doubtful sale — a price discrepancy, a quota exceeded — is never charged blindly: it goes to review. And an employer can subsidise their staff's meal without the fridge changing hands.
